Care and Concern Ministry
This ministry seeks to provide for the needs of parishioners who are bereaved or going through difficult circumstances. The Ministry provides for funeral receptions, helps with homebound parishioners and provides meals for families in need.

Mothers of Toddler's Ministry
This ministry provides a Catholic-based, weekly get together for mom’s and children under the age of 5 that offers networking opportunities for mothers, kid-free mom's nights out, and structured drop off care for three hour sessions once or twice a month, offering mothers and caretakers the opportunity to serve other ministries, pray, run errands or relaxation while their child experiences quality social fun.

Saint Gerard Ministry
The Saint Gerard Ministry seeks to provide meals for couples who have recently welcomed a new child and prayers for couples who are either expecting a child or who are trying to conceive. As the patron saint of motherhood, St. Gerard is a wonderful intercessor for couples and families, and this new ministry provides our parish with a wonderful opportunity to serve one another.

Boy Scouts
The Cathedral is home to Boy Scout Troop 9, which has been serving youth from our parish and community since 1937, and provides the youth of the Cathedral with activities and programs which are safe, productive and structured. Boy Scouting has taught traditional values, respect for God and Country, life skills and responsible citizenship to generations of area young people. Open to boys ages 10-17, who have earned the Arrow of Light Award.

Girl Scouts
The Cathedral offers two Girl Scout troops that build girls of courage, confidence, and character. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth. Open to girls from age 5 to 18.

Hospitality and Newcomers Ministry
The Hospitality Ministry was formed to create an environment of hospitality to the parishioners of the Cathedral and beyond our parish walls. The core of the Hospitality Ministry is to welcome new parishioners and provide opportunities for social engagements that help foster a greater sense of belonging and community amongst parishioners.

Respect Life
A dedicated group of individuals who are concerned with promoting the sanctity of life from the womb to the tomb. Volunteers participate in various events throughout the year, including the Charlotte March for Life, an annual diaper drive, and the 40 Days for Life.

Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic lay organization in the world and most known for its charitable works among their parishes and communities. Council 770 is comprised of many talented and energetic men who regularly support our many ministries and church functions.

Young Adult Ministry
The Young Adult Ministry is a group of adults in their twenties and thirties, single; married; with or without children. The fundamental objective of this group is to encourage young adults to participate in activities that focus on spiritual growth and a strong relationship with Jesus Christ.
