Safety Regulations for Indoor Masses in the Cathedral

If you will be attending one of our indoor Masses in the Cathedral M-F at 12:10 pm, Saturday morning at 8 am, or Sunday at 10 am (Byzantine Divine Liturgy) or 12 pm, please carefully review the following safety regulations.

  • Please wear a face covering for the safety of all.
  • No registration is required. We will accommodate as many people as space will safely allow. Please be aware that demand is likely to be high on Sundays, so it will be first come, first enter.
  • Seating is available in every other pew (please do not remove the tape or sit inside of taped-off areas). Groups who have been sheltering together are asked to sit together, from individuals up to families of approximately eight, with no more than two sheltering groups per pew sitting six feet apart.
  • Individuals and couples are encouraged to please sit at the end of the pews, rather than in the middle, to allow for two groups to sit at the same pew if possible and maximize the number of people who can attend Mass.
  • The front row is reserved for handicap persons and their caretakers only.
  • Holy Communion will be distributed one group per minister. Please do not line up for Communion in the center aisle. Come up to the altar rail with your entire group when it is your turn to receive our Lord.
  • Pews will be carefully disinfected following each Mass.
  • We will not provide any printed music sheets for reasons of safety. The music for this Sunday's Mass can be accessed online on our parish Web site using your mobile device.

We hope to see you soon!
