Altar Guild Ministry

The Cathedral of Saint Patrick Altar Guild is a unique way to participate in the liturgical life of the church, behind the scenes. Through a combination of responsibilities, Guild members assist the Priests in caring for the liturgical appointments and sacramentals, the altar area and sacristies, and help in the set up and preparation for special Masses and feast days. Time commitment varies from 1 hour a month to 1 hour a week, depending upon responsibilities. Responsibilities rotate between several teams that meet on select days of the week.
