Learn More About OCIA
The Catholic Church welcomes new members through a process of education, faith sharing and rituals known as the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA). Anyone who is over the age of eighteen and interested in learning more about the Catholic Church can start the OCIA journey. All that is required is a sincere desire to learn, to grow, and to develop one’s relationship with God.
Whether you have no Christian background, are interested in converting to Catholicism from a Protestant denomination, or are a baptized Catholic who needs to receive First Communion and/or Confirmation, all are welcome and invited to join our OCIA program! We also welcome Catholics who want to brush up on the teachings of the Catholic Faith.
Note: The OCIA program was formerly known as RCIA. The program is the same, only the name has changed.
If you are interested in learning more about the OCIA process, please complete the online form below and we will reach out to you as quickly as possible.
