MACS Participating Catholic Families

Does your family...

• Attend Mass at the Cathedral every Sunday?
• Participate in parish events and programs?
• Support the Cathedral parish financially?
• Have one or more children enrolled in MACS Catholic Schools?

In addition,

• Have you been registered for at least six months at the Cathedral and do you regularly record your family's Mass attendance using offertory envelopes?

If so, you may be eligible to be certified as a Participating Catholic Family for MACS tuition purposes.

Please click the link at right to download the Family Agreement for MACS families who are participating Catholics at the Cathedral of St. Patrick. Please note that this form is required for all MACS families participating at the Cathedral.
